40 Days of Jesus: Bread of Life

Give us this day our daily bread. Mathew 6:11 as the children wondered in the dessert God gave them manna from heaven.  Those who died in the wilderness died because of their unbelief.  Bread is used as resource in the bible.  Use your resources to help others, and God will bless you. 

The show bread was put before the alter to show God.  He that is greater than the Sabbath is in us.  The Lord Jesus was sealed as the Son of God, as the saviour of the world.  Every step that Jesus takes he demonstrated power.  Natural bread is important to the physical life, but it is not the most important, it keeps us active in this life. 

When your number is called natural bread cannot help us.  Jesus says do not labour for the food that perishes.  We spend most of our funds on the outside rather than on the inside.  Everything we labour for will perish.  Unless we eat his flesh and drink his blood we have no part with Jesus.  In todays world if we mention the name of Jesus it is hate speech, you can go to jail.  God says just believe on the one whom I have sent.  There is no power above Jesus yet we reject him.

  Memorize scripture before you grow old.  The bread of life will last throughout eternity, we need no other bread. He that cometh unto me shall never hunger or thirst.
